A classic Calabrian home with the quiet charm of an older Italian apartment and the bright, breezy spirit of the coast. A full renovation is planned for the fall, and as we prepare for the summer season we’re thoughtfully refreshing the space with select new furniture while keeping the well‑maintained pieces that already give the apartment its character. The layout is bright and inviting, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous foyer, and an open kitchen–living area at the heart of the home. The wrap‑around balcony is the soul of the apartment, offering partial sea views from the front and side, a lively look over the village street, a beautiful upward view toward the mountains of Calabria, and — on clear days — the unforgettable sight of the Island of Stromboli rising from the horizon.
