Meet our manager at the property for a warm key handover and thorough walkthrough. They’ll demonstrate unlocking the secure pedestrian gate, the vehicle gate for off-street parking (with plenty of convenient on-street options available), the locked entry door to the stairs leading to your second-floor apartment, and the apartment door itself. You’ll also learn the remote access system for easily letting in guests or exiting without keys every time.
ID Requirements and Security Deposit
Per Italian law, all guests provide picture ID upon arrival—Italians their identity card, non-Italians their passport—which will be securely copied for official records. Our property manager will also collect the pre-agreed security deposit amount at check-in.

Contact our property manager via WhatsApp on checkout morning to confirm the exact time—typically by 10 AM. This standard schedule ensures the property is prepared for arriving guests.
Quick Walkthrough and Key Return
Meet our manager at the scheduled time for a brief walkthrough to confirm everything is in order and the property is in the same condition as check-in. Return all keys—for the pedestrian gate, parking gate, entry door, and apartment—they’ll verify secure lockup and return your pre-agreed security deposit if no issues are found (unless another arrangement was made at booking).
